Gent Engineer - Cardiff

We're recruiting a Gent Engineer to join our team covering Cardiff and the surrounding area. You'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of Gent fire alarm systems across a range of commercial and industrial sites. This role suits an engineer with hands-on Gent product experience who's confident working independently, troubleshooting faults, and delivering a high standard of service to clients across the region.

You'll need a valid UK driving license and full right to work in the UK, along with proven experience working on Gent fire alarm systems (Vigilon/Nano ranges preferred). FIA-recognized qualifications are essential, and ECS/JIB card holders are preferred. You should have a solid background in fire alarm installation, commissioning, servicing, and fault-finding, with the ability to read and work from system schematics. Strong communication skills and a professional approach when liaising with clients on site are essential.
